MATERIAL AND FINISH
Each organizer is printed from PLA filament, a sturdy lightweight material commonly used for board game inserts, organizers, trays, and tabletop accessories. Each set is checked for completeness before packing.

Do you offer custom orders or personalization?
Yes. I do custom orders for both wood and 3D printed items. Message me with what you want, your timeline, and any reference photos. For 3D prints, include your printer brand/tool/game version if relevant. Custom work may take additional time depending on complexity.
What materials do you use?
I make items in two categories:
Wood items: solid wood and upcycled or reclaimed wood (each piece has natural variation).
3D printed items: primarily PLA (and other materials when noted on the specific listing).
If you are unsure what a specific product is made from, check the listing “Materials” section or message me.How do I care for my products?
Wood items: hand wash only, do not soak, do not dishwash. Refresh with food-safe mineral oil occasionally.
3D printed items: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not leave in high heat (hot car, near heaters) as PLA can soften.Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes. If it’s a gift, leave a note at checkout and I can include a gift note. (Gift wrap availability depends on the item and size.)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there’s any issue, message me and I’ll make it right. Return and exchange eligibility is shown on each listing. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Can I request wholesale or bulk orders?

There is no infill on the letters and the quality is low. The images for this item misrepresent the item being sold. I also ordered beginning of January and it just showed up nearly 4 months later. There is nothing in the description that stated that the image doesn't match that is sold. This is against Etsy Policy: Steps for Sellers: To comply with policies, sellers should: Ensure all images in listings are accurate and represent the actual item. If using print-on-demand, order samples and photograph them rather than using stock mockups. Report any competing listings that are misleading, though Etsy handles those at their discretion. Edit: After I opened a case and received a refund, this seller tried to guilt trip me into saying I was taking food out of his kids mouths. This is inappropriate and dishonest.

To be sure, the text on each tray cover is NOT inset with colour filament. However, it is possible to use coloured markers to add colour into the recessed area. The vendor responded favourably to my request to replace 2 trays that had a filament layer issue.

Item is what's described. The print quality isn't great, there are a lot of missing spots and stringers, but nothing a bit of cleanup couldn't fix. It works perfectly.

I had to wait a lot longer then expected for the item and when I got it there was an apology note from the seller for the delay, which I respect. But the quality is not as high as I was expecting. And the photo don’t match what I got . Lids are all white text only and not even full cut out and the sides of some of the trays are not as complete as they should be same as the other reviewer for rough esp the yellow one .
