    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do you offer custom orders or personalization?

    Yes. I do custom orders for both wood and 3D printed items. Message me with what you want, your timeline, and any reference photos. For 3D prints, include your printer brand/tool/game version if relevant. Custom work may take additional time depending on complexity.

    What materials do you use?

    I make items in two categories:

    Wood items: solid wood and upcycled or reclaimed wood (each piece has natural variation).

    3D printed items: primarily PLA (and other materials when noted on the specific listing).

    If you are unsure what a specific product is made from, check the listing “Materials” section or message me.

    How do I care for my products?

    Wood items: hand wash only, do not soak, do not dishwash. Refresh with food-safe mineral oil occasionally.

    3D printed items: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not leave in high heat (hot car, near heaters) as PLA can soften.

    Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

    Yes. If it’s a gift, leave a note at checkout and I can include a gift note. (Gift wrap availability depends on the item and size.)

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    If there’s any issue, message me and I’ll make it right. Return and exchange eligibility is shown on each listing. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

    Can I request wholesale or bulk orders?

    Yes. Message me with quantities, item links, and your deadline and I’ll quote pricing and lead time.

    Item is what's described. The print quality isn't great, there are a lot of missing spots and stringers, but nothing a bit of cleanup couldn't fix. It works perfectly.

    I had to wait a lot longer then expected for the item and when I got it there was an apology note from the seller for the delay, which I respect. But the quality is not as high as I was expecting. And the photo don’t match what I got . Lids are all white text only and not even full cut out and the sides of some of the trays are not as complete as they should be same as the other reviewer for rough esp the yellow one .

    The insert works and organizes the game, but it didn’t fully match the listing photos. The lettering shown in the photos appears colored, while the one I received was not. A few trays also had rough layers and visible printing artifacts from under-extrusion. It’s still usable, but the finish wasn’t as clean as expected, and the design ended up not working as well for my needs as I hoped. The insert also took much longer to arrive than expected.
